‘TIS THE SEASON – TO MICRO GIVE – 3 Smart ways to donate without knowing!!

In this endless quest of mine to give more meaning to my life, I’ve come to realize how important it is to learn how to automate. Apps simplify our lives, smart banking makes it ridiculously easy to pay your bills, your friends, your kids’ classes and everyone in between so you end up with much more time on your hands to do what really matters.

And of course, giving your time, energy and money to a cause is instantly gratifying and adds ten folds value to your life.

As I return to the T-Factor in my new home town of London, I realize that the idea behind this business of mine has evolved during the time I was TRANSFERring my family overseas. TRANSFER - London Bound!! - 5 Tips to lead a more meaningful life

I want to take this opportunity in my blog to give out the news that my family and I are moving to London town!! Oh dear!

After living for almost 20 years total in the Big Apple, I am excited to be returning to the Big Ben. And to Europe. Well, I guess not quite Europe anymore, specially now that Boris Johnson has been elected Prime Minister! We're in for a clash of the unpredictable Titans between him and Trump!!

My family and I will be closer to Europe and my home country of France and that's what feels amazing. I'll return to a city I used to live in for a couple of years as a 20 year old. Back then I thought London would be a great city to live in as a family, with children and a dog in tow. This vision is now coming to a reality.

#17 TAKING BACK OWNERSHIP OF LIFE – with setbacks

Ok, so here’s the deal.

I have been slacking. Or been disorganized or mismanaged my T-Factor launch, probably all of the above. Yes, in this year of self-proclaimed empowerment with taking back ownership of my life and actions, I’ve had a set-back.

One of the reasons I have been missing in action for the past two weeks is actually funny. At least that’s how I see it.

#16 TREASURE – Find it, in the deepest corners

As I sit in the plane on my way to Lebanon for a family visit, I struggle to find joy and peace being with my three children.

There. Sacrilege, I’ve said it.

I must be at the 100th “mommy” at this point, being an hour away from Beirut. Meaning NYC- Paris, lay-over, and now Paris-Beirut, 16 hours in, the kids are ready to climb up the curtains if there were any on this plane. You see, direct flights between the US and Lebanon don’t exist. You can fly direct to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem which are less than 100 miles south of there but flying to Lebanon which shares a border with Israel is non grata.

#15 TRUTHS – do I dare? Step 1: My body shaming story.

I’m posting this week some words I have written not so long ago, inspired by the book Girl, Wash Your Face: Stop Believing the Lies About Who You Are so You Can Become Who You Were Meant to Be by Rachel Hollis. She is an amazing Lifestyle expert, creator of TheChicSite.com and CEO of Chic Media company. A powerful author who tells it like it is and exposes the lies we believe about ourselves. In this book, she tackles her own lies she believed about herself one by one to reveal the frauds that they were.

#12 TENACITY - Take example on Athletes and Entertainers + Charity Right To Play

Did you watch the Oscars ?

I must admit, I didn’t mind there not being a host this year, it had a pretty good flow. I enjoyed Melissa McCarthy being SO funny in her Queen Rabbit regalia, this could not have happened had there been a host. I loved Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s performance of Shallow and it’s awesome that Spike Lee got his Oscar for best adapted screen play. So well deserved, I’m looking forward to watching his movie.

#11 TYRANNY - Panzi Foundation

One of the organizations I'm getting more involved with was created by one of this year’s two magnificent Nobel Prize laureates, Dr. Denis Mukwege. The second recipient is Nadia Murad. You might know of Nadia as her lawyer is none other than the extraordinary Amal Clooney and they’ve been in the news. More on that further down.

#10 TONE YOUR BODY: Transformation

Are you like me and have always been inspired by people who keep to their diet and workout regimen? Do you wonder how in the world some people have that extra accountability button in their system and never falter? Do you also feel like a total failure for not waking up at the crack of dawn to either run outside in the snow or levitate in your living room?
